Shipping
All print orders are shipped free of charge.
Orders can be shipped to all nations, with the exception of Russia and Belarus.
We use tracked shipping services. Following dispatch you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Prints are shipped in strong postal tubes. The surface of each print is protected with a covering sheet.
Estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom
2 working days (*from date of dispatch).
Europe
7 to 10 days (*from date of dispatch).
Please note that following Brexit deliveries to the EU are sometimes subject to delays at customs.
Rest of the World
10 to 14 days (*from date of dispatch).
*Note - Orders are typically processed, prepared and shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. It is necessary to have an early cut-off on these days. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next shipping day.
Returns and Replacements
Damage to prints during shipping is very rare, but unfortunately it can occasionally occur. We will always offer to replace prints if they arrive damaged in any way.
